This beautiful patient is thrilled after her cleft rhinoplasty, with septoplasty and cartilage grafts from the removed septum to support and shape her nose. She had difficulty breathing through her nose, and had asymmetry we felt we could improve.
On her left, the cleft side typically does not grow as much as the right side. There is usually slumping of the nostril, and much less support. Cartilage grafts are a natural way to add strength and shape to improve balance. Breathing universally improves after splints are removed at 1 week post-op.
She is seen here at 1 month after her surgery, with her swelling gradually improving with routine taping.
A tummy tuck and liposuction together are a powerful way to contour the trunk. This beautiful woman in her 40’s had over 80lbs of weight loss and 5 previous children. She had loose skin after her weight loss. She also had moderate diastasis recti, or widening of the fascia between the six pack muscles.
Panniculectomy involves just the removal of the pannus, the skin that hangs over the waistband. The skin around and above the belly button do not change after that surgery. Abdominoplasty additionally includes repair of the diastasis and tightening of the skin all the way to the rib cage. A modest amount of liposuction was also performed to smooth her contour.
The dimpling and swelling will continue to improve over the next several months, as absorbable sutures disappear over time, and her circulation heals.
This lovely woman had problems breathing even after a previous septoplasty. Unfortunately, she also had collapse of the middle portion of her nose, resulting in a “saddle nose” deformity.
We performed an open rhinoplasty using spreader grafts and nasal bone reduction to smooth her contour and help her breathe better than ever!
Here she is seen at 2 weeks after splint removal. Swelling will continue to come down with taping and time. We can’t wait to see her final results!
Cleft Lip Repair
This boy is seen at 4 weeks after repair of his unilateral cleft lip. Anatomic repair of the muscles in the lip, and of key landmarks on the lip, restore balance and symmetry.

With a thin layer of skin and soft tissue over the brain, he was at high risk of trauma, infection, visual obstruction, and psychosocial harm.
Through the generous support and guidance of LEAP, Dr. Craig Hobar, and the Cheryl Lamon Memorial Fund, we were able to bring him to the United States and Medical City Dallas to perform the repair.
from people just like you.
Dr Law and his team have shown a highly professional, effective, empathetic, and kind. treatment. Everyone has been understanding and reassuring -for my young son and all the family – He always takes time to listen to our concerns and explain till we understand. He always makes sure to cheer our son up. He is very compassionate and caring.
Dr. Law corrected both of my daughter’s nasal issues. One had a severely deviated septum and the other had very narrow nasal passages making it hard to breathe. Dr. Law has a great bedside manner, answered all their questions, and put their minds at ease about the procedures. Recovery was explained well and we knew exactly what to expect. Follow up care was also excellent. I would highly recommend him and his entire staff.
We absolutely adore Dr law & his staff! We were referred to Dr law’s office for my at the time newborn son. Dr law did his surgery at 9m old.
