Facial aging affects us all differently.

Often people come in and put a few fingers on their face, to lift up where they are seeing the most falling and descent.

Some people focus more on their eyebrows, others the upper cheeks, and others their jawline.

With weight loss with hormone therapy or medications like Ozempic and Wegovy, the deflation of the face leads to the skin falling and sagging.

One option is fillers and fat grafting, but that can lead to an overly full, pillowy face.

At some point, a custom facial surgery can help give a refreshed look, with focus on your specific goals.

Among other things, a lower blepharoplasty with fat repositioning was done from inside the eyelids, and was combined with fat grafting and a lower face/necklift helped to turn back the clock and have her feeling more rested.

She is seen at two weeks, with her bruising and swelling improving day by day!

Six month follow up for a lovely patient after a refreshment of her lower eyelids, cheeks, and lower face/neck.

Bruising and swelling the first few weeks is not for the faint of heart.

Most patients feel comfortable going out for social events in a few weeks, but I counsel patience as the final result becomes more clear.

Pain is surprisingly mostly with the liposuction, and then the wait for swelling and bruising to subside.
