Each person’s goals are individual, so each surgery should be tailored in bespoke fashion.
She wished for the tip of her nose to have more definition and refinement, while still looking natural.
She also wanted the base of the nose to be not as wide, and nostrils not as large.
Surgery was done through a closed approach, with all incisions hidden inside the nose. (i.e., no incisions needed across the columella at the base of the nose).
No work was done on the septum nor nasal bones, so no splint nor packing was necessary.
She is seen here at 4 weeks, happy with her results!

This man had two previous septoplasties, but he continued to have difficulty breathing.
Exam showed residual deviation of his septum, a saddle nose appearance with loss of support of the midvault, and slightly more fullness of his tip than he preferred.
To improve his internal nasal valve and dorsal support, spreader grafts were used.
Cephalic slide under maintained support of his lower lateral cartilage, with refinement of his tip harmoniously.
He is seen at 5 months, with improved breathing and sleeping.
