Here is a sneak peek at a recent patient 4 weeks after a fleur-de-lis tummy tuck and mastopexy.

She was interested in increasing her cup size to go with her lift, without use of an implant. Targeted liposuction was done at her waist and flanks, and this fat then transferred to her breasts for a beautiful and natural lift and fill.

Breast reconstruction is a core part of plastic surgery that I enjoy more than I expected. Here, a previous partial mastectomy and radiation scar left a deep depression and significant asymmetry in shape and volume.

Revision of the scar with lift and repair of the underlying breast on the right, was matched with a mastopexy (breast lift on the left) to give improved symmetry and comfort, both when trying to buy bras and other clothes, and also out of clothes.

Fat grafting is a nice adjunct for balancing volume. The silver lining in the breast cancer journey is this chance to liposuction fat from stubborn area (like the trunk or thighs) and reposition it to the breasts.

Fat grafting is useful for patients who prefer not to have breast implants. It is also useful for patients with implants, who have thin skin envelopes and would like more camouflage/coverage of the implants.
